Electrical Systems (service supply, distribution, main/sub panels, outlets, switches, GFCI/ARC Fault testing, grounding)
Heating and Air Conditioning Systems (type, componets, fuels, condition, functionality, distribution, ventilation)
Interior (walls, ceilings, floors, attic, windows, stairways, railings, fireplaces, kitchen & appliances, insulation)

If you decide to put your house on the market Inspection Contractors will conduct a thorough inspection with a comprehensive report to give you the information needed to make repairs to the home prior to placing it on the market. This will allow you both preparation time and the advantage of getting several estimates for any needed repairs. This can actually save you time and money by minimizing a reduced price offer based on home inspection findings or last minute negotiating over repairs.

It pays to know the results of the home inspection up front; buyers will appreciate having a home that has been inspected and have had the repairs completed up front in advance of the sales transaction.
